Founder, Clinical Director & Lead IVF Consultant
MBBS • MS (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) • Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine (RGUHS)
Dr Rashmi Yogish works across fertility and IVF, reproductive medicine and fertility-enhancing endoscopy, with a clinical approach centred on careful evaluation, evidence-based decision-making, clear communication and individualised care.
Patients may request Dr Rashmi as their preferred doctor. Consultation availability is confirmed by the appointment team.
Dr Rashmi’s clinical work spans fertility evaluation, reproductive medicine and selected areas of women’s health. The appropriate pathway depends on each patient’s history, investigations and clinical needs.
Fertility assessment, IVF, IUI, ICSI and treatment planning based on individual clinical evaluation.
Evaluation of previous unsuccessful fertility treatment, recurrent implantation concerns, recurrent pregnancy loss and other complex fertility situations.
Hysteroscopy, laparoscopy and fertility-enhancing endoscopic care when clinically appropriate.
Low ovarian reserve, low AMH, PCOS, fertility preservation and reproductive planning.
Clinical evaluation in reproductive endocrinology, genetics and immunology where clinically relevant.
Selected gynaecological and women’s-health concerns that may influence fertility or reproductive care.
Evaluation comes before deciding what treatment, if any, may be appropriate.
Clinical recommendations take account of medical history, investigations and previous treatment.
Patients should understand why an investigation or treatment is being considered.
Scientific reproductive medicine should remain connected with communication, counselling and human care.
A consultation may be useful when you are beginning fertility evaluation, reviewing previous treatment, or when you need a more detailed assessment before deciding what comes next.
The appropriate evaluation and treatment pathway depends on individual medical history, examination and investigations. A consultation does not necessarily mean that IVF or another fertility treatment will be recommended.
Dr Rashmi’s professional journey has developed across obstetrics and gynaecology, reproductive medicine and advanced fertility care, alongside the continuing development of Khushi Fertility & IVF Centre.
Training in obstetrics and gynaecology established the clinical foundation that would later develop into focused work in reproductive medicine and fertility care.
Further training in reproductive medicine, fertility-enhancing endoscopy and related areas expanded her work across fertility evaluation, treatment planning and procedural care.
As Founder and Clinical Director of Khushi Fertility & IVF Centre, Dr Rashmi’s role now extends across patient care, clinical decision-making, multidisciplinary coordination, training and the continuing development of the centre.
Dr Rashmi’s training spans obstetrics and gynaecology, reproductive medicine, fertility-enhancing endoscopy and additional areas of advanced women’s healthcare.

Fertility care can involve clinical evaluation, investigations, laboratory findings, procedures and ongoing monitoring. Dr Rashmi works alongside the wider Khushi team so that relevant clinical information can be considered together when planning care.
Medical history, previous treatment and available reports are reviewed to establish the clinical context.
Relevant investigations are reviewed, with additional evaluation considered where clinically appropriate.
Dr Rashmi reviews the clinical picture, key findings and areas that may require specialist assessment.
Findings and available options are discussed before an individualised clinical plan is considered.
Relevant members of the clinical team may support monitoring, counselling, documentation and follow-up through the care pathway.
Patients may request Dr Rashmi as their preferred doctor. Depending on the clinical pathway, fertility clinicians, embryologists, andrologists, counsellors and other members of the Khushi team may contribute where relevant. Consultation availability is confirmed by the appointment team.
Dr Rashmi’s clinical work extends beyond consultation and treatment planning into fertility-enhancing procedures and coordinated care with the wider clinical team.
Beyond consultations, procedures and clinical decisions, there are quieter moments that reflect the deeply human side of working in fertility care.
Bringing relevant information from your previous evaluation or treatment can help make the consultation more focused and clinically useful.
You do not need to postpone your consultation if every report is not available. Bring the records you currently have; any additional investigations can be discussed after clinical review.
Where possible, attending together can be helpful because fertility evaluation may involve the medical and reproductive history of both partners. If one partner cannot attend, the available records can still be reviewed and the next steps discussed.

Not necessarily. The first consultation may involve reviewing your history, previous treatment and investigations. Further evaluation may be considered before an individualised treatment plan is discussed.
